Founded in 1977 by three San Francisco bay-area locals, Accurate Manufacturing Company has been a thriving machine shop for over 40 years.
In 2009 Accurate Manufacturing was purchased by Joseph Sullivan. Joseph was born and raised in rural Nebraska where he worked on his family’s dairy farm until he joined the United States Navy in 1987. Joseph served for 9 years and rose through the ranks quickly earning two Good Conduct medals and two Navy Achievement medals along with numerous other accommodations. While serving his last few years in the Navy, Joseph partnered up with his father-in-law Heinrich DeVries, a tool and die maker from Holland, to learn the trade. After working alongside Heinrich for 5 years, Joseph started his own machine shop. Years later, Joseph was approached by the owners of Accurate Manufacturing to merge the two companies. In 2009 the previous owners of Accurate Manufacturing retired and Joseph became the sole owner.
Accurate Manufacturing Company has been making products for various industries to include medical, aftermarket automotive, and the film industry to name a few.
In 2017 Accurate Manufacturing purchased the Cardellini Products Line from Steve Cardellini which has served the film industry for over 20 Years.
We are especially proud of the team that we have assembled which works very well together to create the highest quality machined parts for not only the film industry, but many other sectors of industry.
